“The Client”
This Agreement sets out the terms under which the Agency will register and renew the Client’s domain, provide web hosting, and maintain the Client’s website at frameclbd.com, effective from the date above.
1Scope of Services
- Domain Registration — registration and annual renewal of frameclbd.com.
- Web Hosting — server space, SSL certificate, and uptime management for the Client’s website.
- Website Development & Maintenance — routine updates, minor content edits, and ongoing security/uptime monitoring of the existing website.
2Fees

Domain renewal: the 1,500 Tk domain fee applies to the current registration period. Domain renewal pricing is set by the registrar and may increase at the time of renewal; the Client will be invoiced at the actual renewal rate, not the original 1,500 Tk.
Reference rate: the 1,000 Tk/month maintenance rate is a personal reference rate extended to Mr. Asif. The Agency’s standard rate for this service is 2,000 Tk/month; the Agency reserves the right to apply the standard rate to any future renewal of this Agreement.
3Additional Development Work
Any work beyond routine maintenance — including new pages, redesigns, new features, integrations, or content beyond minor edits — is outside the scope of this Agreement. Such work will be scoped and quoted separately, and requires the Client’s written (email/message) approval before it begins. No additional work will be billed without prior agreement on price.
4Payment Terms
- Monthly maintenance is invoiced and payable in advance, on the same date each month.
- Domain and hosting fees are invoiced annually, ahead of the respective renewal/expiry date.
- Payment is accepted via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer to the account specified on each invoice.
- If a payment is more than 15 days overdue, the Agency may suspend maintenance work and, for hosting/domain, the site may go offline upon expiry if renewal is unpaid.
5Term & Termination
This Agreement is ongoing on a month-to-month basis for maintenance, and year-to-year for domain and hosting. Either party may end the maintenance arrangement with 14 days’ written notice. Domain ownership remains registered to the Client’s details; hosting and site files will be handed over within a reasonable period upon request, provided all outstanding fees are settled.
6Ownership
All website content, branding, and business information belong to the Client. The underlying design and code developed by the Agency may reuse general-purpose components the Agency has built for other projects, but the finished website as delivered to the Client is the Client’s to use.
7Agreement
By signing below, both parties agree to the scope, fees, and terms set out in this Agreement and the accompanying Invoice INV-2026-FRAME-001.
